workshop description: Bethany Reul will discuss meal planning and exercise tips for healthy weight loss while combating pre- & post-menopausal symptoms. If you are pre- or post-menopausal, you probably feel the odds are stacked against you to lose weight. This seminar will instill hope that YES YOU CAN lose weight healthily while also managing menopause or any other hormone imbalance issues you maybe experiencing. Bethany will show you what types of foods, vitamins, supplements, and exercise helps alleviate and not worsen hormone imbalance.
