RESULTS JUMPSTART:
Achieving Greater Gains for Those You Serve
What is one thing standing in the way of achieving the greatest gains for those you serve? The Results Jumpstart will provide an actionable approach for your organization to accelerate achievement by solving a problem or overcoming that one thing standing in your way. High achieving organizations are that way because of the results produced by their program delivery staff- not because of plans or processes. This discussion is intended for those who work on your organization's frontlines and program managers. Teams are encouraged to participate.
Hal Williams and Robyn Faucy-Washington will lead this workshop.
Robyn Faucy-Washington is the CEO of Neuro Challenge Foundation for Parkinson's, and comes with an impressive mix of academics, leadership and organizational leadership that includes fundraising, capacity-building, and synergistic partnership development.
Hal Williams' clients for increasing and verifying results include the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, American Express, Greater Kansas City Community Foundation, the Duke Endowment, and the Annie E. Casey Humana, Prudential, Starwood Hotels, and Verizon Foundations. His government clients include mayors and city managers in such cities as Albany, New York, Grand Rapids Michigan, and Seattle, Washington. He has worked with governors of Maryland, New York, Pennsylvania, Washington, and West Virginia.
GS Connects is a program of Glasser/Schoenbaum focused on connecting the staff of campus tenant partners to professional development, self-care, and training opportunities. This event is sponsored by the Gulf Coast Community Foundation.
All attendees will be entered to win a $50 gift card at the end of the presentation!

The Glasser/Schoenbaum Human Services Center empowers non-profits to closely network with other agencies and create synergistic energy towards the life changing opportunities we all want for our clients and those in our community.
Real estate is one of the greatest costs in a business budget. Our partnership with the Glasser Schoenbaum Human Services Center allows more money to go towards our mission. And what better place to house our office than on a campus with nineteen other outreach agencies.
We are a small and young organization and having the ability to network and partner with other community organizations is key to the quality and impact of our work. In addition to the affordable space that The Glasser/Schoenbaum Human Services Center provides to all of us, it inspires us to use this collaborative model as we work to empower our students and their families.
I can't fully express how wonderful it is to take a client by the hand and walk them no more than a couple hundred feet from our office to another agency that can help them when they are in crisis.
As a small organization with a staff of two, employee safety was a big consideration when we were looking for office space. We did not want our employees to be in a place where they were alone. Being on the GSHSC campus has been great because there is a whole community of like-minded professionals.
