Feeling like you are not reaching your full potential?  Is it possible you are self sabotaging with a negative mindset? Chart a course for a higher level of performance and overall well-being as you ditch the inner critic and break the cycle of negative thinking. Learn the root cause, not just the symptoms, of a negative mindset and what you can do about it.

Positive Intelligence’s mental fitness training is based in positive psychology, neuroscience, cognitive psychology, and performance science. It will provide you the tools you need and a sense of empowerment to create sustainable change towards a more positive mindset.

What You’ll Take Away

  • Knowledge of how you are self-sabotaging, and what to do about it
  • A new mindset allows you to be proactive in preparing for any challenge you may face.
  • Introduction to Powerful tools that can aid you in increasing your Positive Intelligence (PQ) to handle life’s challenges

Koi Coaching & Consulting was created by Kristen Lessig-Schenerlein, a mom, wife, certified leadership coach, former Executive Director, yoga instructor, non-profit consultant, and champion of people. Through Koi, Kristen provides professional coaching to guide individuals and groups to embrace a role and give support in creating a fulfilling life that aligns with ones passion and values. Real estate is one of the greatest costs in a business budget. Our partnership with The Glasser/Schoenbaum Human Services Center allows more money to go towards our mission. And what better place to house our office than on a campus with nineteen other outreach agencies.

Collaboration is key to the success of our work. The Campus of Caring is a unique space where we can easily join forces with other agencies to make the best use of our resources and maximize our community impact. The affordable rent allows us to allocate more funds to our mission of transforming the lives of students and their families.

As a small organization with a staff of two, employee safety was a big consideration when we were looking for office space. We did not want our employees to be in a place where they were alone. Being on the GSHSC campus has been great because there is a whole community of like-minded professionals.
